Dennis M. Lindgren

 

Dennis is Of Counsel to Pierce & Mandell, P.C.  A trial lawyer who practices commercial, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts, Dennis represents both individuals and business entities in a wide variety of matters, including business disputes, subrogation actions, premises liability, construction litigation, and personal injury actions.

Represented foreign client in action to enforce multimillion dollar foreign arbitral award against a large local defense contractor

Represented national chain restaurants in DRAM shop/liquor liability actions

Represented industrial client in litigation brought by employee for catastrophic brain injury stemming from workplace accident

Represented furniture manufacturer in defense of product liability actions
