Dennis is Of Counsel to Pierce & Mandell, P.C., focusing his practice on a
wide variety of matters, with a concentration in
commercial,
real estate,
personal injury and insurance defense
litigation.
Dennis is a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he
graduated with a degree in History (distinction in major honors) in 1997.
While in law school, Dennis was a summer clerk to the Washington,
D.C. Corporation counsel, Complex Litigation Division. Dennis was also a
member of the Craven Constitutional Law National Moot Court Team and an elected
member of the Town of Middleborough Finance Committee. Upon graduating from BC
Law School, Dennis served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts
Superior Court from 2000-2001. He next served as a Law Clerk to the
Honorable Joseph P. Nadeau of the New Hampshire Supreme Court from 2001-2002.
Dennis has extensive experience in personal injury, insurance defense, DRAM shop
defense, and construction related matters. He has also experience in
eminent domain and international law, having successfully enforced a
multimillion dollar foreign arbitral award against a large local defense
contractor.
In his free time, Dennis enjoys running short distances slowly, watching his
beloved Wisconsin Badgers flirt with athletic greatness and viewing old movies
that usually make his wife leave the room. He also reads.
Dennis is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts
of Massachusetts.
