Scott is a litigator and member of the firm’s employment counseling and litigation team, focusing on representing small and medium sized businesses, corporate fiduciaries, and individuals in actions involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, workplace discrimination, corporate governance, and violations of state and federal leave and wage and hour laws.
Scott has broad trial practice experience having represented clients in a variety of business, real estate, and fiduciary litigation matters. He has sat as both lead and second-chair counsel at trial, and has appeared in numerous courts, including Superior Court, Probate Court, Land Court, and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Scott is a member of the Boston and the Massachusetts Bar Associations.
A native of California, he enjoys spending his free time traveling abroad and playing hockey for a local senior league team.
