Julie is an associate in the firm’s Health Law practice area, where she counsels healthcare providers with transactional and regulatory work. She often assists clients with drafting employment and asset purchase agreements and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Julie recently graduated from Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law and Policy. While at NUSL, she held clerkships at NYU Langone Health, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, another private law firm, and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Prior to getting her law degree, Julie graduated magna cum laude from Union College.
Julie is admitted to the practice in Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and being outdoors.
